In “How to respond to China’s Oceanic Policy: What we should know” affiliate faculty Tabitha Grace Mallory is featured for her remarks as a panelist at the Convention of the Association for Asian Studies held in March 2018. She in part argues that the Chinese government has been engaged for decades in developing their continental regime into “a global ocean power.”
