Miriam Wojtas

Miriam Wojtas is a Masters student in the Russian, Eastern European, and Central Asian Studies program at UW. She is the recipient of the Margaret C. Mykut Fellowship for 2019-2020. She is interested in studies of food and culture. Her work utilizes feminist traditions of scholarly inquiry and creative practice to make meaning of Polish and other Eastern European cuisines. She graduated from Oregon State University in 2019 with Honors Bachelors degrees in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies and Spanish.
