Bojan Belić is a Senior Lecturer, and Dept. Languages Coordinator, at the Dept of Slavic Languages and Literatures.

Teaching Areas: 

Slavic and South Slavic linguistic classes (History of the Slavic Languages; History of the South Slavic Languages; Old Church Slavic; What’s In a Language Name? The Case of Bosnian, Croatian, Montenegrin and Serbian; Slavs and Their Tongues: Introduction to Slavic Linguistics; Structure of Russian/Synchronic Slavic Linguistics), our Slavic language pedagogy class, beginning; intermediate, and advanced Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian; as well as first-year Russian language classes.

Research Interests: syntax of the Slavic languages, language pedagogy, as well as sociolinguistic developments in the region known as Southeastern Europe and, lately, the Nordic Region.
