The archives in addition to keeping the archival materials stored in the State Archives also involved in educational activities, as well as popularizing the archives and continually publishing. Each year the archives publish tens of catalogs, inventories, directories and guides, but most of all, much work is devoted to reference material, which is located in the resources of the state archives.

In the era of mass computerization and the introduction of the country’s eGovernment Head Office of State Archives acts as the initiator to serve the modern and systemic collecting, managing and sharing of documents in all forms.
