The Belarusian State Museum of the Great Patriotic War, the only museum of the Republic, which opened in the complex during the war years. The museum commemorates World War II and there are over 100 thousand items in the museums location. It also engages in historical research, including Belarusians in the Red Army, local anti-fascist activity, and the history of the Auschwitz death camp. It is located in Minsk.
