About

My name is Trevin Keil and I was born and raised in Richmond, B.C. I am currently a fourth-year business management student at the University of British Columbia Okanagan. I have always been interested by the flow of money and how different groups of employees all interact to create a smooth operating company. I will be an exchange student at the University of Washington for the 2022-23 academic year. One thing I’m excited to see about Seattle is what the outdoors and natural environment has to offer from trail hiking to snowboarding and everything in between. I’m really excited to see what living in the United States is like because I grew up so close to the Canadian/American border. One of the courses I registered for is an intro to U.S. Law and I’m excited to compare the American and Canadian legal systems. Sports are also a big passion of mine and from what my cousin has told me, college football games are more exciting than the professional level.

The Corbett British Columbia-Washington International Exchange Program Fund provides an opportunity for undergraduate students at the University of Washington to spend two semesters at the University of British Columbia or University of Victoria; and for students from the University of British Columbia and University of Victoria to spend three quarters at the University of Washington.
