Tamar Ohan

Hi! My name is Tamar, and I’m a Law and Society major with a Marketing minor at York University in Toronto. I’m incredibly excited to be attending the University of Washington in Seattle as a Killam Fellow. This opportunity isn’t just about academics — it’s a chance to grow, explore the West Coast, and expand my perspective on law, society, and business. As a proud Armenian-Canadian, my roots have always shaped the way I see the world, and I’m looking forward to sharing my culture while learning from others in a new environment. Coming from a diverse city like Toronto, I value community, connection, and curiosity — all of which I hope to carry with me throughout this journey. I’m so grateful for the support of my family and my university, and I can’t wait for what’s ahead.
