Haukur Brynjarsson

My name is Haukur and I am a 23-year-old Media and Communications student from a small town in the north of Iceland. I have always wanted to study abroad and when I heard about an opportunity to come to UW, I was quick to act. My academic interests have mostly to do with media, communications, politics and global perspectives. And also, being from a country close to the Arctic circle, issues related to the Arctic obviously have play a big role in all of those. I am very excited to begin my journey in Seattle and create the best of memories at UW.
