Liz Wyckoff is a Masters student in the Epidemiology department at the University of Washington and a second-year FLAS fellow. Liz came to UW after completing a Bachelors in Molecular and Cellular Biology at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and after working for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, working primarily in One Health and on the COVID-19 response. In her time at UW, Liz focuses on One Health and infectious disease within Arctic Indigenous populations. While at UW, she is also affiliated with the Center for Strategic Analysis, Research and Training (START) working primarily with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
