Cole Carey
About
My name is Cole Carey, and I am entering my second year at the University of Victoria as an English major. I am from Victoria, British Columbia, and have always wanted the opportunity to study in the United States. I am honored to be participating in the Corbett exchange program for my sophomore year. The main reason I am interested in attending the University of Washington, and studying in the United States in general, is because I would like to continue my studies at UW once I receive my bachelor’s degree. I am hoping to get a better sense of the environment and culture that I will be part of later in life. I am looking forward to experiencing everything Seattle has to offer, and hopefully I will be able to attend a couple of football games in my free time. To be given the chance to experience this culture for an entire year is an amazing opportunity that I am truly grateful for.
