Anna Everett

Environment & Sustainability and Endangered Languages, University of British Columbia, 2020-2021 Corbett Recipient

About

My name is Anna, and I am currently in my third year at the University of British Columbia, studying Environment and Sustainability and Endangered Languages. I grew up in Tsawwassen, a small peninsula south of Vancouver that contains Point Roberts, a section of Washington State, and am extremely excited to participate in this fellowship. As I hope to work in environmental law one day, I believe cross border connection is vital as we have much in common including key ecosystems of the Pacific Northwest.

The Corbett British Columbia-Washington International Exchange Program Fund provides an opportunity for undergraduate students at the University of Washington to spend two semesters at the University of British Columbia or University of Victoria; and for students from the University of British Columbia and University of Victoria to spend three quarters at the University of Washington.
