To become a member institution email pnwcsc@uw.edu with the following information.

• Address
• Name of Representative
• Email Address
• Phone Number

A confirmation email will be sent to you as well as the invoice.

Requirement for membership in PNWCSC is for an institution to have a representative who is willing/able to represent Canadian Studies and that the institution is in our geographic area.

If representatives of the institutions need to be updated please fill out this form for each representative and the contact list will be updated.
