In “Why Do Sports Teams Fly on Same Private Jets Used to Deport Immigrants?” published on June 16 by LA Progressive, an advocacy journalism outlet, the UW Center for Human Rights Abuses in the Air report that launched on June 14 is featured and Angelina Godoy, director of the Center for Human Rights and a professor at the Jackson School and Law, Societies & Justice, is quoted.

The report was also highlighted in the Los Angeles Times on June 21 with a snippet linking to a June 14 article by Capital and Main titled, “Sports Teams Fly on Same Private Jets Hired to Deport Immigrants,” and in Democracy Now!
