Associate Director – open to UW employees only

The Associate Director (Division 3) will oversee the operational, strategic, and financial management of a designated division comprising the Center for European, Russian, and Eurasian Studies, Comparative Religion, the Stroum Center for Jewish Studies, Canadian Studies, and the Center for Human Rights. The specific centers are subject to change based on specific needs, resources and work balancing between the other divisions. This role will be a member of the School’s leadership team to collectively set strategic goals, develop impactful programs, and ensure compliance with federal and university regulations. Key responsibilities include: Administration; Budget Management and Reporting; Outreach and Events.

Program Operations Specialist – open to all

The Program Operations Specialist (Division 3) position is essential for enhancing the visibility, performance, and funding of various centers and programs through effective administration, outreach, and grant management. This role involves supporting multiple programs by ensuring efficient operations, fostering community engagement, and managing financial resources. The Program Operations Specialist will work within a division that includes the following programs and centers (subject to change): the Center for European, Russian, and Eurasian Studies, Comparative Religion, the Stroum Center for Jewish Studies, Canadian Studies, and the Center for Human Rights. Key responsibilities: Administration; Public Outreach and Events; Grant Writing, Reporting and Management.
