Several news outlets have recently cited University of Washington’s Center for Human Rights research on deportation flights following an exposé titled, “Amazon Co-Owns Deportation Airline Implicated in Alleged Torture of Immigrants,” published Feb. 17 by The Intercept_, a news organization dedicated to in-depth investigations.
Angelina Godoy, director of the Center for Human Rights and a professor at the Jackson School and Law, Societies & Justice, is also quoted in the article.
