Wongil Kang

Mr. Wongil Kang is an administrative patent judge for the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO). He received his B.A. in chemical engineering from Seoul National University and his M.A. in chemical engineering from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science & Technology, Daejon, South Korea.
