Paul Menefee
About
Paul is a 2nd year MPA student at the Daniel J. Evans School of Public Policy and Governance. He has a background working in NGOs and private companies, spanning anti-child trafficking work in Cambodia to competing in the national coffee championships. His research interests include leadership and management in international settings and the role of international organizations in training and empowering country nationals. As a 2022-23 FLAS Fellow, Paul will be incorporating the Khmer language and Southeast Asia studies to his MPA coursework, looking at the ways in which administrative approaches and practices have hurt and hindered cross cultural partnerships.
