Kim Alzenki

About

As a second-year Juris Doctorate Candidate at the University of Washington School of Law, Kim’s journey into law is driven by a deep-seated commitment to environmental stewardship and human rights. At the law school, she competes in the National Environmental Moot Court team and is involved with Student Advocates for Immigrant Justice, Student Animal Legal Defense Fund, and the Washington International Law Journal.

Prior to law school, Kim received her undergraduate education at UC Berkeley, where she majored in Conservation of Natural Resource Studies and minored in Global Poverty, experiences that shaped her worldview and fueled her advocacy.

As a recipient of the Foreign Language and Area Studies Fellowship, Kim is currently honing her Vietnamese language skills, as she aims to strengthen her capacity to represent and serve the Southeast migrant community more effectively.
