Ben Rost

Ben (he/they) is a second-year student in the Masters in Southeast Asian Studies program at the University of Washington, where he studies Khmer. His research interests center on language, both spoken and written, as a productive medium and site of engagement through which writers, artists, scholars, politicians, and everyday speakers explore and express notions of community and identity, being and belonging.
