Andrew Hollister

Andrew’s research interests broadly center around Southeast Asian cinema, visual cultures, and youth film production, focusing specifically on Cambodia. He is interested in the relationships between film, urbanism, and youth movements in Phnom Penh, particularly in the ways film production serves as a site of engagement with youth experiences and identity. Andrew also studies Khmer language at UW.
