Nadine Fabbi, Managing Director of the Center, served as a panelist for the above symposium sponsored by the Border Policy Research Institute and Center for Canadian-American Studies at Western Washington University. The title of her talk was, “Permanent Participants and the passing of the chairmanship of the Arctic Council to the United States.”
