In July, Hedwige Meyer, French and Italian Studies, traveled to Montréal and Québec City to conduct a site visit to build a study-in-Québec program for UW students, and to identify colleagues and content for an educator workshop for French instructors on Québec and francophone Canada. In Québec City, she met with representatives from the Ministry of Education, the Centre de la Francophonie des Amériques, and the Association Internationale des Études Québécoises. She also spent a day at the Université Laval.
