Dr. Andrew Chater, Brescia University, served as UW’s Canada Fulbright Visiting Chair in Arctic Studies in winter and spring quarters 2019. Below are photos from a number of Andy’s activities during his residency at UW. Dr. Chater’s research analyzes the role of Arctic Indigenous peoples on the Arctic Council, the major international institution for the Arctic region, made up of all of the Arctic states and six Indigenous peoples’ organizations.
