Hi, I’m Shannon! I’m studying Food, Nutrition and Health at the University of British Columbia. I’m really looking forward to spending the fall at the University of Washington as a part of the Corbett Scholars, experiencing student life in Seattle, meeting new friends, and exploring new academic interests during my time abroad.
