Rivera (Sisig and Puchero, 2021, Hongkong), Justice Khor (Lonesome, 2021, Malaysia), and Ratchapoom Boonbunchachoke (Red Aninsri, 2020, Thailand) will talk about their experiences shooting during these tumultuous times in Southeast Asia and its diasporas, as well as discuss their filmmaking practices and the state of filmmaking in Southeast Asia today.

Dr. Michael Rivera is a Filipino-Chinese Hongkonger working in food ethnography and biological anthropology. Christine Vicera is Filipino researcher and writer based in Hong Kong.
Justice Khor is a copywriter, LGBTQ activist and social filmmaker. His life mission is to produce captivating narratives that stimulate social changes.
Ratchapoom Boonbunchachoke is a Thai filmmaker of Teochew-Hainanese descent. Born, brought up and based in Bangkok, he graduated from the film department of Chulalongkorn University.
