About
Natasha Anis (she/her) is a second year law student at UW School of Law. She is a former labor organizer and is dedicated to using her legal education to empower workers to collectively organize. Her involvement with labor education and action grows out of her organizing with the prison abolition movement. Her research with the Massage Parlor Organizing Project will focus on Seattle ordinances establishing worker protections and finding new ways to implement industry standards in work that has been historically criminalized. In her free time, Natasha enjoys reading and exploring Seattle’s many parks.
