Emily Huynh

Emily is a recent graduate from the University of Washington earning her BA in Political Science (Honors) and Comparative History of Ideas with minors in Data Science, Law, Societies and Justice and Human Rights. She joined UWCHR as a researcher to assist in interviewing and translating for individuals detained at the Northwest Detention Center with intentions to support the UWCHR research on increased detainment and deportation. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with loved ones (including furry friends), traveling, baking, and photography.
