About

Devyn is a junior majoring in international studies, and minoring in human rights and history. He joined UWCHR in spring 2026 and is working under the Immigrant Rights Observatory project to assist in developing a better understanding of the collaborations between Washington state organizations and federal immigration enforcement agencies. In his free time, Devyn likes to play the harmonica and bird watch.
