Barbara Toews

Barbara Toews is Associate Professor of Social Work and Criminal Justice at the University of Washington, Tacoma. Her specialties include: Restorative justice philosophy and practices, victim offender dialogue, prisons and corrections, environmental design and psycho-social-behavioral impacts (esp. as it relates to prisons).
