Screenshot of an I-213 form with the following text: "AT /NEAR Puyallup, Washington Record of Deportable/Excludable Alien: ENCOUNTER: On September 20, 2025, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) in Seattle, WA encountered [redacted] a citizen and national of Mexico, during a targeted enforcement operation. During the operation, Seattle ERO conducted a registration query on a 2013 Ford F-150 bearing Washington State license plate number [redacted] DHS database queries on the registered owner of the vehicle yielded positive results for immigration violations. ARREST: At approximately 10:20 a.m. PDT, an arrest team consisting of ERO Seattle officers, Homeland Security Investigations special agents, and Border Patrol Agents (arrest team), observed one male Subject entering the Ford F-150. The driver of the vehicle matched the description of the registered owner of the vehicle based on a photo obtained through database checks. The arrest team observed the vehicle driving away from the location and onto a public roadway. The arrest team followed the vehicle and initiated a vehicle stop near [redacted] Puyallup, WA [redacted]. The arrest team, who were clearly marked as law enforcement officers, wearing government issued outer carriers labeled as “POLICE, ICE, CBP, and HSI”, approached the driver and passenger side of the vehicle. The arrest team identified themselves to the occupants of the vehicle as immigration officers and asked for identification to confirm the identity of the male."
