Chloe is a fourth-year undergraduate student pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry with a minor in Chinese. She plans on furthering her education by attending medical school and becoming a physician. As a Chinese-American, she hopes to bridge the cultural gap between Western and Eastern healthcare. She is driven to become highly proficient in Mandarin Chinese so that native Chinese speakers who are not fluent in English can receive better medical care. Becoming a recipient of the FLAS Fellowship has been pivotal to fulfilling her career aspirations.
