When Josh Brandon joined the MAAIS program, he knew he wanted to capitalize on his experience in the Army by bringing those skills to bear in helping people in post-conflict zones and supporting U.S. foreign policy and security goals. Upon receiving his degree in 2018, Josh joined Spirit of America, a unique nonprofit that works alongside U.S. diplomats and service members to provide economic and humanitarian assistance for needs identified by the U.S. Government, often to key U.S. partners. Josh was interviewed on CNN at the end of December about Spirit of America’s work.
