Guided by the University of Washington Asia Pacific Military Fellow Lt. Col. Owen Ray, the 2016–17 MAAIS cohort visited Joint Base Lewis-McChord Friday, April 7, for a full-day tour.
The program included informational lectures, practical demonstrations, and an in-depth look at the inner workings of the area’s nearest military base and the largest force projection platform in the United States.
