Join Mindfulness Manager Danny Arguetty for a 60-minute exploration of small and manageable stress reduction techniques to support you in your first quarter at UW. Take time out to connect with other first year students, move your body, connect to your breath, and learn techniques to navigate challenging thoughts that cause anxiety and stress.
