The Center for Global Studies is proud to co-sponsor a number of upcoming, noteworthy events on the University of Washington’s campus and in the Seattle area.

FIUTS is a nonprofit organization based on the campus of the University of Washington and is focused on promoting international understanding and community. FIUTS envisions a global community, tied to the Pacific Northwest, in which people are connected through friendship, mutual respect, and a commitment to international understanding. FIUTS CulturalFest International Expo

Thursday, February 6, 2020; 10:30 AM – 3:00 PM PST

HUB Ballrooms; University of Washington

SUSI participants along with other UW international students and community groups will host about 40 country and culture booths to share their cultural heritage with our campus and community. Free, no registration required.

FIUTS CulturalFest Performance Showcase

The FIUTS CulturalFest Performance Showcase brings the best University of Washington artists, musicians, singers, dancers, and choreographers from around the world together onto the Meany Theater stage to celebrate the diversity and talent of the international community in our region.
