Report by Angela Godoy, Director for Center for Human Rights, featured in article on Oregon decision to end ICE contract

A report co-authored by Angelina Godoy, director of the UW’s Center for Human Rights, on the juvenile Northern Oregon Regional Correctional Facility and the Cowlitz County Youth Services Center in Washington state accusing the two facilities of operating unlawfully, is featured in an article titled “Oregon prison to end ICE contract.”
