CANADA CONFERENCE | International Policy Institute Arctic Fellows Symposium Indigenous Influence in Arctic Affairs

Come and join the Center in the International Policy Institute Arctic Fellow’s symposium on Friday, June 2nd 2017, from 9 AM to 5 PM in the Walker Ames room at Kane Hall. Registration is required! Please RSVP to canada@uw.edu by Friday, May 26th.

This symposium features presentations, interviews and films from experts and students, on topics such as  “Oil and Arctic Indigenous Political Mobilization,” “Joint Policy Development: Canada and Nation-to-Nation Collaboration with Inuit,” “U.S. National Security for the Arctic,” and many more! Interviews with language and area experts will provide diverse views on current topics related to indigenous and international relations.
