UW students can apply to summer and academic year programs. AIIS provides limited funding to a few students; alongside AIIS applications students should apply to the <a href=\"https:\/\/jsis.washington.edu\/advise\/funding\/flas\/\">Foreign Language &amp; Area Studies Fellowship<\/a> (FLAS) and the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.clscholarship.org\/\">Critical Language Scholarship<\/a> (CLS) to fund language study.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">The American Institute of Pakistan Studies and UC Berkeley run the <a href=\"https:\/\/southasia.berkeley.edu\/BULPIP\">BULPIP<\/a>\u00a0Urdu language program on the campus of the Lahore Institute of Management Studies (LUMS) in Lahore Pakistan.
