Prevost receives full funding for poetry…

June 1, 2016

Sasha Prevost (MA 2016) will begin a (fully-funded) MFA in Poetry at the University of Virginia. Since 2014 when Sasha entered the MA program in Comparative Religion she has received a FLAS (for the study of foreign language), a Roshan Fellowship For Excellence in Persian Studies, and a Stroum Center Graduate Fellowship.

(Virginia’s Creative Writing Program averages around 600 applicants for ten slots. Those accepted receive $20,000 each academic year plus fully funded tuition.)

Well done, Sasha!
