Christian Lee Novetzke, associate professor and associate director of the Jackson School of International Studies and chair/director of the Center for Global Studies, has been elected to the American Society for the Study of Religion.

Radhika Govindrajan, Comparative Religion faculty and assistant professor of anthropology, was awarded the Exemplary Cross-Field Scholarship Award from the American Anthropological Association’s General Anthropology Division for her paper “The Goat that Died for Family.”
