We were so inspired by the amazing women leaders who spoke on behalf of LACS including our current student\u00a0Yunue Moore, and our amazing alums\u00a0Isabel Carrera-Zamanilo,\u00a0Iara Beekma, and Seattle Councilmember\u00a0Teresa Mosqueda. UW President\u00a0Ana Mari Cauce\u00a0spoke for many of us that night\u00a0 eloquently describing how impressed she was by the impact these\u00a0LACS leaders are having in the world. Many individuals generously donated that night to help us train more leaders like them, and we are profoundly grateful for that support.
