Glaser is the managing director of the German Marshall Fund\u2019s Indo-Pacific program. She has worked at the intersection of Asia-Pacific geopolitics and U.S. policy for more than three decades. She is also a co-author of U.S.-Taiwan Relations: Will China\u2019s Challenge Lead to a Crisis? (Brookings Press, April 2023).
