LISA SABLE BROWN FELLOW<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Rebecca Zaragoza is Masters student studying urban design and planning. Her research focuses on the design and policy frameworks of mobile home parks in the Eastern Coachella Valley, Polanco Parks.
