CGS and other JSIS National Resource Centers also offer curriculum development grants\u00a0to educators who wish to strengthen their Asian Studies, European Studies, Global Studies, or Russian or East European Studies curricula. In addition to these grant opportunities, CGS and JSIS centers and programs have <a href=\"https:\/\/jsis.washington.edu\/global\/online-teaching-resources\/global-teaching-resources-from-jsis-centers\/\">developed classroom materials<\/a>, including lesson plans and\u00a0language teaching resources.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>OER Guides and Resources<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested in exploring existing online course materials that are free and licensed for re-use?\u00a0 Start here:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/guides.lib.uw.edu\/oer\">UW Seattle OER Guide<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/guides.lib.uw.edu\/bothell\/open\">UW Bothell OER Guide<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/guides.lib.uw.edu\/uwt-oer\">UW Tacoma OER Guide<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A few starter recommendations listed on these guides<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/oasis.geneseo.edu\/index.php\">OASIS<\/a> Openly Available Sources Integrated Search (OASIS) is a search tool for finding open content, including textbooks, courses, course modules, audiobooks, video and more.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/open.umn.edu\/opentextbooks\">Open Textbook Library<\/a> Textbooks that have been reviewed by a variety of college and university faculty, and can be downloaded for no cost, or printed at low cost. All textbooks are either used at multiple higher education institutions; or affiliated with an institution, scholarly society, or professional organization.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/openstax.org\/\">OpenStax<\/a> High-quality, peer-reviewed, open textbooks on introductory topics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>New to OER?
