Mosfilm is the leading studio of the film industry in Russia, where most domestic film and television is produced. They have been active from the Soviet period until today. Over Mosfilm’s history, they have produced several Oscar foreign film recipients and nominees, as well as many other award winning films. In Mosfilm’s archive, one can freely and legally access hundreds of historically and culturally important films and new films. The archive also includes a database of Russian actors and filmmakers.
