While the Vietnamese American community has long been known for its anticommunist stance, the attitudes of Vietnamese communities in Central and Eastern Europe have been more nuanced.<\/p>\n<p>Grazyna Szymanska-Matusiewicz is an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Sociology of the University of Warsaw.
