Faculty from all disciplines are welcome to apply.<\/p>\n<h2>Award Categories:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Development of new module to an existing course: up to $2,000<\/li>\n<li>Complete revision of an existing course: up to $3,000<\/li>\n<li>Development of a new course: up to $4,000<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This year\u2019s competition prioritizes proposals that emphasize concrete strategies and plans to address inclusion, equity, and accessibility in a course. Given the recent effects of the global pandemic on teaching, we will particularly privilege courses that: demonstrate modularity with respect to online learning and technologies; have built-in adaptability to transition to an online environment; and include a plan to take a course completely online, whether synchronously or asynchronously taught.<\/p>\n<p>Successful applicants will receive the award upon delivery of a revised or new syllabus or module plan and confirmation of when the course will be taught.
