Professor Saadia Pekkanen<\/a>, an expert in international political economy, international law, space security and policy, and the international relations of Japan\/Asia, has launched her new book\u00a0Asian Designs: Governance in the Contemporary World Order<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Based on\u00a0the assumption that\u00a0Asian nations are no longer “rising” powers in the world order but rather have risen, how will they conduct themselves in world politics? How will they deploy their considerable and growing power individually and collectively?<\/p>\n
