Dana O'Leary

Fellowship Manager - FLAS



Dana O’Leary serves as the Fellowship Manager for the Jackson School of International Studies, handling the FLAS fellowships for all Title VI centers at the University of Washington. Prior to joining the Jackson School, Dana served as a Program Officer on the Eurasia team at the National Endowment for Democracy in Washington, DC. Previously, she was a Program Officer for the Fulbright Program in Russia, and the Humphrey Fellowship Program at the Institute of International Education in Washington, DC.

Dana received her M.A. from the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University, where she was awarded a FLAS fellowship in Russia. She was a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant to Russia. She received her B.A. from the University of Montana with a double major in Journalism and History and a minor in Russian Language and Literature.
