Study Abroad Opportunities in Europe

The University of Washington currently offers over 100 study abroad options in 14 West European countries: including "exchanges" (where UW students do regular course work at a partner university, e.g., at the Freie Universität Berlin, or at the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris) and "programs" in Western Europe (for example, the Germanics Department's Intensive Summer in Munich program). A number of the special programs (in Art, Architecture, Art History, Classical Studies and Italian) are concentrated at the UW Rome Center in the Palazzo Pio.

The Scandinavian Studies Department has a program in Bergen, Norway. For more in formation, click here.
